Arrival: Please arrive by 1pm on Saturday 6 February. If you are a little early, help yourself to a hot drink in the Orchard Stables lounge area from 12pm. For a quick lunch, the cafe at Ledene Golf Centre or The Crown Inn are both a short walk from the venue. There are dedicated rooms at the venue to get changed or store luggage, if you need them. If you're staying on site, you should receive your check-in time direct from Pendrell Hall. 

 

Taxis: We recommend booking your taxi home in advance, as the venue is in a very small village, so it definitely won't be possible to hail a cab (for the Londoners amongst you!). Then at 10 past midnight you can rest your dancing feet straight in a taxi! If you'd like to team up with other people to share a taxi, just let us know.

Sunday morning stroll: If you're planning to join us for a short walk near the venue on Sunday morning, please bring your outdoor gear. Last time we were there it was very muddy! As long as the weather isn't too wet, we'll meet at the road entrance to Ledene Golf Centre at 10.30am and walk for about an hour. (The Golf Centre has parking up a very long drive, but we'll meet at the start of the drive, just opposite Pendrell Hall.)
